Return policy
No returns or exchanges will be accepted. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will make sure to resolve the issue.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and notify us the day of your delivery if your order is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue. Please take pictures immediately with the box it arrived in and send to unlimitedslayage@gmail.com. We must be notified the day of delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. All orders may take 5-18 business days from the date that is shipped out depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. It can take 9-18 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to receive your order. You will receive an email or a text with tracking information.
For U.S. domestic orders, we will use USPS, FEDEX, and UPS to ship to most locations. Alternative carriers can be selected at our discretion to meet shipping requirements.
The final shipping cost is displayed at the end of checkout.
There may be a shipping delay in your order due to the high demand during the holiday season.
Please note local pickup/delivery is also available. Please note this at checkout or contact us if you need to change this. Your id and confirmation email will be needed upon the arrival of local pickup/delivery.
Order Confirmation Email
After you place your order with Unlimited Slayage, you should receive an email that contains your order details. The order confirmation is your receipt and can be printed for your records. It contains your order number, the items you ordered and prices paid, your shipping and billing address, and your choice of method of shipping.
Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. No items in a pre-order can be changed in regards of size or color once the order has been made and money has been received. All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are agreeing that you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect full payment including shipping fees at checkout. No items in a pre-order can be changed in regards of size or color once the order has been made and money has been received All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
